Good News for the Klamath and Trinity Rivers!

DFG has approved the Klamath and Trinity fall run fishing regulations for 2008 . They will go into effect on August 15th for the lower Klamath and will begin September 1st for the upper Klamath and Trinity Rivers. Regulations for the Klamath are for 3 fall chinook per day, which includes 2 over 22 inches and 1 jack, along with 1 hatchery steelhead. On the Trinity, you will also be allowed 3 Chiinook, which includes 2 over 22 inches and 1 jack, but you'll be able to keep 2 hatchery steelhead.
