This past week I've been fishing the rivers in and around Humboldt County with good success. We've hooked and landed some nice fish, although the weekend was a whole lot tougher due to the increase in boat traffic. With the Smith and Chetco not fishing well, it seems everyone one is down South. The weatherman is calling for rain off and on for the rest of the week, so we'll see how that affects the Humboldt rivers. If we don't get a lot of rain and the rivers don't blow out, the fishing should continue to be good. Fish on! Patrick-
